Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Our One-Week Evaluation Policy

We believe one week of real classroom learning is far more valuable than a one-hour demo class. To reserve your seat, you pay a ₹2,000 Registration Fee, which secures your place in the batch.

During the first week, you attend the actual live training sessions, experience our teaching methodology, interact with the instructor, participate in practical exercises, and evaluate whether the program meets your expectations.

At the end of the first week, you have three options:

• Continue Your Learning

  If you're satisfied with the training, simply pay the remaining course fee and continue your learning journey with us.

• Not the Right Fit?

  If, after attending the first week of classes, you decide the program isn't the right fit for you, we will refund your ₹2,000 Registration Fee. No further payment is required.

• Registered but Couldn't Attend?

  If you register but are unable to attend the first week of training, your ₹2,000 Registration Fee will be converted into Training Credit, which can be used for any future eligible batch.

Course Fee Refund and Transfer Policy

The following policy applies once a learner has paid either the full course fee or a partial course fee.

1Attending Less Than Two Weeks

If a learner has paid the full or partial course fee and chooses not to continue before completing two weeks of the training program, the amount paid is not refundable.

However, the amount paid may be transferred once to another eligible participant nominated by the original learner, subject to the following conditions:

• The transfer request must be submitted within one (1) month from the learner's last date of attendance.
• The nominated participant must complete the registration process before joining the training program.
• The transferred amount will be adjusted against the applicable training fee of the nominated participant.
• The transfer is permitted only once.
• The transferred amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Wisen IT Solutions reserves the right to verify the identity of both the original learner and the nominated participant before approving the transfer.

2Attending Two Weeks or More

If a learner has paid the full or partial course fee and has attended two weeks or more of the training program, the course fee is neither refundable nor transferable.

This policy applies because training resources, instructor time, learning materials, and batch capacity have already been committed.

Accordingly, all payments become final after the learner completes two weeks of the training program.

• Scope of This Policy

  This policy applies to all paid Wisen training — standard Courses, Specialized Training and Corporate Training programs offered on pythontrainingcourses.com — unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

• Cancellation Before Batch Start

  You may cancel before your batch start date. The ₹2,000 Registration Fee is handled under the One-Week Evaluation Policy described above.

• Corporate & Specialized Training

  Cancellation and refund terms for Corporate and Specialized Training are governed by the specific proposal or agreement signed with the organization, as resources are committed and customized per engagement.

• Cancellation by Wisen

  If we cancel or reschedule a batch, affected learners may choose a full refund of the amount paid or a transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost.

• Refund Processing Timeline

  Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Refund Mode

  Refunds are issued only to the original payment method or source account used at the time of payment. Cash refunds are not provided.

• GST Treatment on Refunds

  Eligible refunds are processed on the base amount. Any GST already remitted to the authorities is refunded only to the extent permitted under applicable tax law.

• Non-Refundable Components

  Payment gateway charges, taxes already remitted, and any study materials or certificates already issued are non-refundable.

• How to Request a Refund

  Email info@wisenitsolutions.com from your registered email address with your name, batch details and reason. Our team will verify and guide you through the process.

• Grievance & Escalation

  Unresolved concerns can be escalated to our Grievance Officer at info@wisenitsolutions.com or +91 900 3131 555. We aim to acknowledge every grievance promptly.
